Subject: Hot dog volenti

Good faith is one thing, but baseball law is another. A recent decision of the Supreme Court of Missouri holds that while a spectator at a baseball game assumes various risks, including getting hit by a ball or a bat, he does not assume the risk of getting hit in the eye by a hot dog thrown by the team mascot during the Hot Dog Launch.
